Hit Fitness soft Plyometric boxes are available in four sizes, 6", 12", 18", 24" (sold individually), and are an alternative to the traditional wooden or metal jump boxes.
This boxes can be stacked on each other and are sold indivually so you can gradually increase the height as your fitness levels improve.
Additionally, soft Plyometric boxes are much easier on athletes’ joints which reduces the risk of developing injuries and joint pain.
